Hybrid Workplace with Schedule Flexibility

We believe that workplace flexibility helps optimize professional success and gives our employees added time and energy for life’s responsibilities.

Departments do schedule collaboration days — time to gather in the office — to support our workplace culture and grow team relationships.

Employees also have autonomy to flex their schedule as needed and, in Oklahoma City, our team enjoys half day Fridays (8 a.m. to noon).

Our “Work for Your Day” policy empowers employees to choose their work locations (working remotely or in the office) based on their department needs, workloads and schedule.
