Our Supplier Code of Conduct mandates that all suppliers share Expand Energy’s commitment to providing a safe and ethical workplace and to conducting operations in an environmentally and socially responsible manner. It also identifies methods for reporting concerns and ethical issues and requires that suppliers abide by our commitment to human rights.
Safety Orientation
The Expand Energy Safety Orientation helps reiterate that our top priority is to provide a safe and environmentally friendly work setting for our employees, contractors, landowners and the communities where we operate. The orientation highlights several key safety elements as well as the Life Saving Rules that we consider paramount to prevent Serious Incidents and Fatalities while ensuring that all employees and contractors return home safe.

This HSER Contractor Handbook outlines Expand Energy’s minimum requirements for contractors and subcontractors working across all company sites. It ensures:
