As of October 1, 2024, Chesapeake Energy and Southwestern Energy have merged to become Expand Energy. We are the largest natural gas producer in the U.S. with sizable scale, asset quality, financial strength and exceptional talent to drive significant value for our stakeholders.

We look forward to continuing our relationship and are excited about what this combination means for both our company and our owners. Royalty checks will continue to be sent on the same schedule and there are no changes to your existing agreements.
